When you leave your data on our website, for example when you place an order, you obviously want that data to be treated carefully.
We find it important that our store is a safe environment, regardless of whether or not you make a purchase with us: all traffic to and from our website is via a secure SSL connection. FlightsimWebshop B.V. offers the payment method 'Postpay'. We offer this service in collaboration with Klarna. Klarna performs a credit check on the order data entered. This check is carried out automatically by Klarna when choosing this payment method. FlightsimWebshop B.V. has no insight into this creditworthiness data.
How long we store personal data
FlightsimWebshop B.V. does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We use the following retention period for personal data:
- 7 years: statutory storage period of tax-related business administration.

This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible; within four weeks at most.
FlightsimWebshop B.V. also wants to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority: ‘Authoriteit Persoonsgegevens’.
