Complete your flightsim cockpit with the Garmin GNS430 from RealSimGear. This system is specially made for use with Microsoft FSX, Prepar3D and X-Plane 11, and is a replica of the Garmin 430 that you often encounter in small aviation. The rubber knobs and dials and the 3.5 inch (8.9 cm) LCD display give you a realistic experience when setting up your flight plan, or entering your SID or STAR. In addition, you can quickly and easily switch between COMM or NAV frequencies.
For use of the GNS430, when using FSX (Steam Edition) or P3D, additional software is required from Reality XP or Mindstar Aviation that simulates the operation of the GNS in your flight simulator. For X-Plane 11 no additional software is required and installation of the plugin is sufficient.
The GNS430, like the GNS530 from RealSimGear, is used by flight schools as a training device so that students become familiar with the operation of the Garmin 430 without having to sit in a plane. By using the hardware, instead of keyboard and mouse, training is proven to be more effective.
Unlike many other GPS systems, RealSimGear comes ready to use, so you can connect the hardware directly to your computer's HDMI port (HDMI cable sold separately). After installation and configuration you can immediately use the GNS430.
If you do not install the GNS in a cockpit panel, we recommend ordering the desktop stand with you. This stable steel stand has anti-slip feet and ensures that you can operate the hardware properly.
The GNS430 comes with a US-EU adapter as standard because RealSimGear products are supplied with an American power adapter.
